Oak Equipment Rentals handles all deliveries and pick-ups of rentals.
Delivery costs vary based on location. A flat rate of $50 is charged for the first 8km radius from our location for drop-off, and $50 for pick-up. An additional charge of $2/km (one way) applies to any remaining distance for both trips. Priority Delivery can also be selected for an extra fee of $100. This will all be calculated for you when you book online.
Our hours of operation are from Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. For regular deliveries your rental will be dropped off any time between 7:00am and 5:00pm on the day of scheduled delivery, and your rental time will start once it has been dropped off at your location.
We offer Priority Delivery if you want your rental to be dropped off during a specific 2-hour window. We have a number of these guaranteed appointments available each day. When you are booking online this option will be offered at an additional cost of $100.

We only do curbside pick-up. You are responsible for getting the rental into your home or business, as well as for confirming dimensions to ensure our equipment will fit through your doors. Call us for assistance at 519-383-4798.
All rentals are pre-paid on a 4-week basis using a valid credit card and are charged 24 hours before your scheduled rental delivery. If you extend a rental, the remaining balance will be
For a longer rental period of more than 4 weeks, your will be charged on your credit card once every 4 weeks.
Follow the steps on the website to book your rental. A valid driver’s license and payment method is required. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the appropriate training to use each item rented.
We understand life happens, we are happy for you to reschedule or cancel free of charge up until 48 hours before your scheduled rental delivery. If you cancel or change your delivery date within 48 hours a $100 rescheduling / cancellation fee will apply.
Rental fees apply regardless of weather or other variables. There is no refund for equipment that is not used.
Yes, all equipment will arrive to you with a full tank of fuel and should be returned with a full tank, or an additional charge will apply.
Yes, all of our equipment is inspected and cleaned before it comes to you, and should be returned in a similar manner. An additional charge will apply for any necessary cleaning.
Our rental agreement covers normal use, wear and tear. Additional fees may be charged for damage, breakage, or loss of equipment. If anything like this should occur, contact us immediately at 519-383-4798.
A replacement key charge of $35 will apply to any rentals returned with a missing key.
